Value-Add Investments

Our value-add strategy is focused on generating income growth and long-term appreciation by acquiring attractively priced assets in need of minor repositioning to be more competitive in their respective markets. As an active owner, we will rebrand properties, implement value-enhancing renovations and improve operating efficiency.

Opportunistic Investments

Opportunistic strategies are characterized by higher risk and higher return, with the majority of the total return coming from capital appreciation rather current income. Our opportunistic strategies focus on well located properties that are under-performing and in need of larger scale repositioning, or properties that can be redeveloped for a higher and better use.
